Terms & Conditions

• "Customer / Driver": Any user who searches for, reserves, or books a parking space via the Application.
• "Host / Leaser": Any user who registers and offers a private or commercial parking space for booking.
• "Listing": A parking space published on the Application detailing location, pricing, availability, and vehicle type restrictions.

• Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account and access the Services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration details, including vehicle numbers and host identity verification documents.
• You must park the same vehicle that is registered in your booking. Parking a different vehicle may result in booking cancellation.

• Must park exclusively within the designated parking boundaries specified in the listing.
• Must vacate the parking space promptly at or before the booked duration end time. A grace period of up to 15 minutes is provided after the booked end time for the customer to vacate. Overstay charges begin after this grace window.
• Must comply with all local traffic laws and property rules set by the Host.
• Customers are financially responsible for any physical damage caused to the host property or parking space structure by their vehicle.

All booking payments are processed through Razorpay. Platform convenience fees, host commissions, and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

• Payment Expiry Window: Once a booking request is approved by a Host, the Customer must complete payment within the designated timeframe (15 minutes for Hourly bookings, 30 minutes for Daily, and 45 minutes for Monthly). Unpaid requests expire automatically.
• Booking Extension: Customers may extend an active booking from the app if the parking slot remains available for the extended period. Shortening a booking after it starts does not qualify for a partial refund.

• Marketplace Disclaimer: ParkarSpot operates exclusively as an online marketplace connecting Drivers with Hosts. ParkarSpot does not own, manage, inspect, or operate parking facilities, nor does it act as a valet or security provider.
• Vehicle Theft & Property Damage: ParkarSpot assumes no liability for vehicle damage, scratches, dents, vandalism, theft of vehicles, or loss of personal items left inside parked vehicles. Drivers park at their own risk. ParkarSpot does not provide vehicle insurance. We recommend maintaining your own comprehensive vehicle insurance policy.
• Force Majeure: Neither ParkarSpot nor Hosts shall be held liable for booking interruptions caused by natural disasters (floods, storms, earthquakes) or government restrictions.
• Service Outages: In case of platform outages or server downtime, active bookings remain valid. Your booking confirmation (with booking ID) serves as proof of reservation. Contact support via email at support@parkarspot.com for any assistance during outages.

ParkarSpot provides a platform-level dispute resolution process for booking-related issues between Customers and Hosts.

• Either the Customer or the Host may raise a dispute through the in-app support system or by contacting support@parkarspot.com.
• ParkarSpot will review available evidence submitted by both parties — including photos, videos, CCTV footage, booking records, and communication logs — before determining the appropriate resolution under these policies.
• Final determinations that cannot be resolved through platform mediation may require mutual agreement between parties or escalation to legal authorities under the Laws of India.

All software code, graphics, logos, trademarks, and content associated with ParkarSpot are the exclusive property of Vishal Jadon and ParkarSpot. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or scraping is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts immediately without prior notice in cases of fraudulent activity, repeated booking no-shows, harassment, or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of India. In the event of any legal claim or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
